On the outskirts of the quaint town of Cedar Bluff, you'll find this cozy 1930's two-bedroom lakefront cottage that's ideal for your upcoming getaway. Situated right on the serene Weiss Lake and surrounded by woods at the ridges of Appalachia, you'll be able to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and soak up the natural beauty of the woods and BREATHTAKING unrestricted lake views!
As a traveler, you'll love the array of amenities our cottage has to offer. Unwind in the inviting outdoor pool or relax in the soothing hot tub after a day of exploration. On chilly evenings, cozy up by the wood burning fire pit (wood provided) and roast some s'mores or enjoy the private propane fire pit (propane provided) on your gorgeous front deck. Feel like staying in? Lose yourself in a movie on the smart TV that has tons of satellite/cable channels.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, charcoal grill (charcoal provided), and all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Gather around the dining table to savor your creations and create lasting memories with your loved ones.
Beyond the cottage, you'll find a wealth of entertainment options including board games and toys for kids. Venture outside and enjoy corn hole, life size chess, foosball, Connect4, outdoor playground with an in-ground trampoline, and comfortable beach loungers, and outdoor furniture. Weather you decide to cozy up by the fire pit, take a dip in the pool, play in the sand area or on the playground play volleyball, go kayaking, take a swim in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake or watch AMAZING sunsets there will always be something to do at this property for all ages!
Also, so much to do off property in the area. Rent a boat or jet skis, hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion.

The property consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining area.
1. The Yellow Master en Suite has a bed that can either be a King bed or two twin beds, its up to YOU. (must be requested at least 7 days before check in or it will be set up as a king bed out of default). (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has it's own private bathroom.
2. The Green Master en Suite also has a bed that can either be a King bed or two twin beds, its up to YOU. (must be requested at least 7 days before check in or it will be set up as 2 twin beds out of default). (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has its own door into the guest bathroom.
3. This bedroom is in the living room. So if it is in the living room, why is it called a bedroom you ask? This isn't your normal bedroom, it has a door and lock for privacy! It consist of a full size sleeper sofa. (Sleeps 2).

**This is such a great property. It can be combined with any of the listings on our website. We also have some bigger listings if you want to come back with a group (We have listing sleeping anywhere from 2 to 93 guests):
** Hot tub is year-round but will not heat all the way up during frigid temperatures.
**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met & a pet fee MUST be paid. Please discuss with us before booking.
**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!
**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
**Please note. The front and back porches do not have handrails. Neither code nor insurance requires it because its heights. We just like transparency and no surprises. Thanks.

Policies & Rules
House Rules
- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
Booking Policy
When booking guest agrees to the following house rules:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- No parties or events allowed
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
1. NON-SMOKING: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the house or on decks and porches. Guests are welcome to smoke in yard. All smoking materials should be discarded in appropriate receptacles and not thrown onto the ground. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will results in a $200.00 charge for additional cleaning.
2. PET POLICY: PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS PROPERTY. Unless approved by host prior to arrival and a pet fee has been paid. If evidence of any pets are found without prior approval and appropriate fees paid, the pet(s) will be required to immediately leave the premises and the guest will be fined.
3. RENTAL AGE LIMITS: Must be 25 or older to rent this property and renter must be present for the booked dates. Government ID may be required to verify name/age after booking and in-person at time of check in.
4. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/RESCHEDULING: SEE BOOKING WEBSITE. NO EXCEPTIONS, not even for a pandemic. REFUNDS: Early departure, including partying eviction, or weather conditions do not warrant a refund. Guest agrees to not do any credit card chargeback for any reason. Guest further understands that they cannot legally process a charge back on this transaction, unless the transaction was in fact processed fraudulently. If the guest goes forward with a charge back as a means of getting a refund, Tucker Cove LLC reserves the right to pursue criminal charges against the guest.
5. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of down payment and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to stay.
6. SECURITY/DAMAGE: Guest agrees to pay for any damages/loss that occurs during guest stay.
7. MAXIMUM GUESTS: The maximum capacity is 6 guests on property; not only inside the house. This shall include day guests as well. Event capacities are outlined on the event addendum if applicable.
8. BIKES, SCOOTERS & GOLF CARTS: Bikes and Kid powered scooters are welcome. Please remember personal safety 6uipment is required. Golf Carts are also welcome and they must have standard golf cart tires. NO ATV’S, Bad Boy Buggies or modified golf carts. You must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate golf cart. Non-motorized vehicles including but not limited to bicycles, tricycles, scooters, etc. are allowed as well. ALL proper safety gear including helmets MUST BE WORN. Please note the roads are rural and unlined.
9. RISK/LIABILITY: The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or that of others whom they invite to use the premises.
10. HAVE FUN: These policies are in place to cover our assets and to protect those who maybe just do not have common sense. We want you to LOVE this place and book year after year. Seriously…ENJOY!!!
11. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved by the Owner of Magnolia Overlook in writing in advance
If any of this conflicts with any other policies or procedures, the more strict will supersede. By acceptance of the online reservation terms, guest agree that they have read and thoroughly understand the Magnolia Overlook Rental Policies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made 60 days before the check in date, guest will recieve a 100% refund MINUS 3.3% of each payment made, otherwise there will be 0% refund.
All cancellations must be made by 11:59pm in the property’s time zone to fall within the cancellation policy. Though hosts can set their own policies, typically they apply one of the following policies:
