**The pool is open all year and in the early spring to mid fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!
Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play beach volleyball, cozy up by the fire pit, relax at the dock, or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch AMAZING sunsets!
Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.

Bedroom #1: Rose Master en Suite is on the Main level Sleeps 2: Queen Bed en suite bath. Private full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #2: Rose Twin on the Main level sleeps 4: 2 Twin Bunk Beds. Access to downstairs full bathroom with shower. **The twin metal bunk beds have a weight limit of 220lbs upper and lower.
Bedroom #3: Rose Queen is upstairs it sleeps 2. Queen bed. Access to upstairs full bathroom with shower/bath combo.
Bedroom #4: Rose King is upstairs it sleeps 2. King bed. Access to upstairs full bathroom with shower/bath combo.
Common area: Rose Loft is upstairs it sleeps 5: Full over full with a twin trundle. Please check weight limits when considering this property. Access to upstairs full bathroom with shower/bath combo. **The full size bunk beds have a weight limit of 250lbs up, 300 middle, 175 trundle.
Traveling in a group? On same property we have a 3 bedroom inside the main house that sleeps 13, a 2 bedroom inside the same house that sleeps 6, & a studio about 50-57 ft from "The Rose Cottage" that sleeps 6. If you're interested in renting one of these as well, please email us.
It can also be combined with any of the smaller listings on the website. We also have some bigger listings if you want to come back with a group (We have listing sleeping anywhere from 2 to 93 guests).
** Hot tub is year-round but will not heat all the way up during frigid temperatures.
**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
** The full size bunk beds have a weight limit of 250lbs up, 300 middle, 175 trundle. The twin metal bunk beds have a weight limit of 220lbs upper and lower.
**The water recreation is a good walk but is accessible by vehicle. We have 5 acres and you can drive right to the dock if desired. Too much to describe, so please see pictures.
**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met & a pet fee MUST be paid. Please discuss with us before booking.

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
